Pastor Jin is a commissioned Elder in the United Methodist Church who is passionate about helping people experience God’s grace in real and life-changing ways. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, she now calls Tyrone home with her husband, Rev. Sam Hopson, their two children, Saejin and Abrahm, and their fur baby, Charlie.

She is especially excited about the ways God is moving at Hopewell and looks forward to walking alongside you in faith, worship, and service. Whether it’s through preaching, prayer, or simply sharing life together, Pastor Jin believes the church is a place where love meets us right where we are and leads us deeper into God’s joy.
